Western Radiology

My experience at western radiology Clarkson was fantastic and flawless. Quickly filled my forms out and waited in the clean waiting room. My appointment was at 4 and by 3:59 i was called into the ultrasound room. I felt extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout my appointment thanks to the sonographer that looked after me

Whilst the Clarkson clinic is great. My problem was with ringing the number to talk about the message they left about my daughters appointment today, I requested a call back as I wasnt able to be on hold, at that stage I was 3rd in the queue the message said you will still hold your linein the queue if you request a call back, 30 mins later still no call back, i tried again to call but again on hold for sometime, we went to the appointment and was told she also should have drunk water before the appointment, after 6 hours after a call back request and appointment still no call back.

Had my biopsy done last week but didnt go well and my knee is still lumpy. When call the reception told me i need to see my GP again, why cant they fix their own wrong doing. Why should i go back to my GP and get another referral, especially when i already paid in full the first biopsy. Service is below par is not how to treat your customer. What a shame.

Very disappointed with my experience. I went in to have a pregnancy scan and the lady who did the scan was completely uninterested and didn't talk us through anything. She turned the screen around at the end of the appointment to show it has a heartbeat and that was it. Considering this is a special moment for most people and it may the only child they ever have it was a miserable experience. I would recommend NEVER going here for any pregnancy ultrasound!

So glad I found this place. Very clean and professional. Always appointments available and can even book online which was so easy. Better than waiting days or weeks at other radiologies. Highly recommend.

Super fast service. We were in and out! Staff were all lovely too.Update: had to go back for a procedure I was scared to have done today. I was feeling more confident when I realised I would be coming back here.Staff were wonderful and caring. I feel much more reassured getting the second part of the procedure done tomorrow.Thank you.

Was in the waiting room and the doors to the CT room were open and I saw a man through the window getting undressed. I asked a staff member if the doors should be closed, as I had seen a patient getting changed but I was told it was ok. I saw the man getting back into his shirt and told the same lady again that there was definitely a patient in there and that I could see. I swear the lady then also told me I’d got a ‘free show’ but I can’t be sure this is what she said. A child was then having an x-ray and was asked publicly for his date of birth details which I feel is a breach of privacy, and an elderly lady was brought back into the waiting room wearing only one of those papery robes. Also saw a technician drinking her coffee and scrolling on her phone as though she was on her break rather than going somewhere private and could hear the technicians in the CT room having a personal chat. Overall just seemed very unprofessional and lacked privacy for patients.
