Went in for a Obstetric Ultrasound with My partner. as she is newly pregnant, Happy to pay the $250 fee expecting we would get results and images, a few days later the doctor gets the results and we have no images of our new baby, Went in to ask why and apparently we need to pay and extra $10 for a USB or cd, I asked for emailed images and got a no.One would assume that an image scan would include the images, apparently not.FULL DISCLOSURE A IS A MUST IN TODAY DAY AND AGE , Dissapointed with our 1st experience being new parentsOh and no concessions for people who have a concession card

I’m so impressed with the level of service at western radiology- twice now I’ve received a referral for perth radiology centre and I can say it’s almost impossible to get to speak to someone on the line let alone get a appointment. I can’t believe how great the service at western radiology is, one simple call then waiting for a phone call back and we have got a appointment for our 4 month old baby tomorrow! Thank you for such great service and not making patients wait weeks for a scan or call back for a cancellation.

I would like to say I had such a great experience today at our ultrasound. The lady who was performing the ultrasound today in room 3 was SUPER friendly and really professional. She was considerate and always made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

I managed to get an ultrasound booking within an hour of phoning due to a cancellation at Morley. Also needed an x-ray which is done on a walk-in basis. This was done before the ultrasound. Minimal waiting. Friendly, welcoming receptionists and staff. Very nice premises. Bulk billing. Report for my GP will be available for my follow up appointment. Overall, a really positive experience!

My husband and myself have used this facility a few times in the past few months. We have always found the staff, from the receptionists, sonographers to the Doctors to be very professional and courteous. They make you feel at ease by explaining the procedure every step of the way.They run on time, and we have always found appointment availability to be good. The reports are completed without delay and very comprehensive. The rooms are new and spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend them.

Very grateful to have had such a warm experience with my sonographer today during a very difficult time! She showed immense empathy, excellent bedside manners, was very accommodating and appeared to see me as a patient and not a number.Reception staff also very kind and helpful!Will only be coming here for future needs. Xx
