Reception doesn't pick up phone and makes up excuses when you drive down there to make an appointment. Was on hold" with the repeated "Next receptionist will be right with you" blah blah recorded message for 15 minutes

Worst customer service, my wife is 36 weeks pregnant and request to change the time or date as hard to do early in morning.They refused now she is at Gosenells for her fist appointment and staff said your scan will be after 9.00.This is not the way to treat the customers.Very bad service next time I don’t want to come to this centre. My request to improve their services.

The Gosnells TeamThank you to Debbie, Dr Gerard, Naziz, (I hope I have your name right) I had a steroid injection into my hip yesterday, I was incredibly nervous. All 3 of the staff who attended to me were professional, kind and reassuring. I would pick anywhere else in Perth to get maternity scans, they wouldn't honour bulk billing despite having a referral from an obstetrician, rather than sort the issue with the obstetrician and Medicare, they expect us to and sent demands to pay.
