Insanely rude receptionist.A little confusion on our behalf after an online consultation we were given direction to get an X-ray at emergency to establish if my husband had Pneumonia.She proceeded to stand and raise her voice and in the most patronising tone say “if you were told to go to emergency you go to emergency”I apologised and said I was a little confused because we were told to get an X-ray in emergency and that we would head over.She again raised her voice so the whole waiting room could hear and repeated “you go to emergency”The people behind us were as shocked as we were.Super disgusting behaviour for two people who were simply confused, politely asking for direction.

Receptionist Julie (hope I spell her name right)she is so kind, friendly and caring. Calling to check about my ultrasound report as my GP haven't receive my report yet this morning, she kindly assisted me to double check and send report to my doctor on time, really kind and exceptional customer service! Also the ultrasound experience last Sunday was good, radiologist even called me earlier than appointment time, really on time, efficient and friendly service!

4 days to forward results of scan ,failed to notify patient of delay in reporting to doctor,sat in Doctors surgery whilst doctor contacted Radiology who then refused to give the Doctor the report verbally so that she could address the matter while waitingAnother waste of Medicare funds and most of all my doctors valuable time

To those who find it difficult to find where they are located, it is actually at the Murdoch Clinic - as you enter the building, they are on the left side.I have spent 20 minutes at the parking area going around all the buildings as I could not find where they are and no signage.My appointment was at 12.45pm and I tried to call them so i could get some help with directions, and their phone kept saying that they are closed and to call back during business hours. I am confused how my appointment was at 12.45pm and it is outside business hours ???1 star for no signage, 1 star for the receptionist who was too old for her job and was not helpful at all BUT I must give 5 star for the radiographer.The radiographer was amazing.

Ha ha, I am not surprised to see a 2.5 star rating for SKG Murdoch. I just tried to book 3 procedures including a Nuclear bone scan.Perth Rad - While waiting for SKG Murdoch to call back because the correct person does not answer the phone so messages are taken, after 2.5 hours I booked the 3 procedures with Perth Radiological Services at Bentley. Straight thru to the appropriate person and 5 minutes later all done. Perth Rad quoted $175 gap for the bone scan and appointments on 3&4th July. No need to email in the 3 referrals from my surgeon.SKG - during the terminated (politely) 3rd call SKG quoted $475 and earliest appointment on 10 July. it took 10 minutes to get to this early point before any booking had been made, so when she said she had to check something with a colleague I politely disclosed that I had already booked with Perth Rad at Bentley and we should end the pain (booking). I had to email in the 3 referrals before this point.How can 2 identical businesses be so different! Unfortunately SKG Murdoch is not alone in this regard in the medical industry. Perth Urology Clinic at Murdoch was amazingly worse, and others along the way.

Absolute scam, you will walk out having asked if there is a balance to settle. They will say no, you will get a call saying you owe them $500, you’ll set up a recurring payment that happens weekly. Then you will get emailing threatening you with dates to take you to court. AVOID THIS PLACE

$124.05 for a chest x-ray$581.95 for a CT scanVery expensive health care which I feel is taking advantage of sick people. Had to pay in full and wait a week for a receipt to get some money back from Medicare

Have been coming here for ten years but the service I received was not good. Receptionists always make you wait and are not very friendly. It’s almost a burden to deal with people. Not informed of a 50 minute wait between scans. When I came out, finally, they had turned the eftpos machine off even though they still had patients coming in, so I have to go out of my way to make payment the following day. The girl who did the mammogram seemed to not really know what she was doing and it was the most painful mammogram I have had in the ten years. I did have a lovely girl who did the ultrasound, she was friendly and made the experience quite relaxing. I was very comfortable and the scan was done in a timely manner, considering the wait.

Rachel was delightful and really helpful! Reception has picked up their game too which is wonderful to see. Just a good experience all around
